BBT beginner question
Hi everyone
I’m TTC #1 and this is all new to me.
I have just started recording temps in this app but I’m not sure if I’m doing it right. Every morning I wake up for a toilet break around 4am and I usually wake up again between 6am and 7am. I’ve been reading a lot on here and does this wake up early ruin my temps?
Do I need to take my temp as soon as I wake up it can I lay there for 30 minutes? I keep stressing that the beeps wake my husband and dogs so as soon as I wake up a fraction I immediately start thinking I need to take the temp then can’t get back to sleep and I’m worried that minor stress about it each morning isn’t helping either.
