My vagina hurts, like can you imagine rubbing salt in it? Because it feels like I imagine that would.

As others said, it may be that you need more lubrication. Many women do not produce enough vaginal lubrication on their own at times (or all the time), even when aroused. Friction with inadequate lubrication results in microscopic tears in the vaginal wall. Since there is a small amount of sodium in semen, this can quite literally be like salt in a wound. 
Infection is also a possibility, as another poster mentioned.
