Ok so iv been dealing with an external hemorrhoid for the last month. I started using a+d cream but finally just got preparation h cream for it. Iv been using flushable cleansing wipes to keep it clean before applying and do it about 3-4 times a day and I don’t notice much of a change. Iv been using it for a week. Do I need to use it longer for it to work??? How did you get rid of it???? Iv never had one before and I just want it to go away already.
