I had surgery about 7 months ago and have an approximately 6 inch scar that runs vertically from my hair line down the center of my forehead that is still healing and needs to stay out of the sun.

I just started getting back into running and have been wearing a regular trucker hat but I feel like my head can’t breathe when I wear it and I’m overheating way faster than usual. Does anyone have anything they recommend or use while running/exercising (hat or otherwise)? Thanks😄😄
