Legs up after sex helps TTC??

Am I the only one who’s heard that waiting 10-15 min after sex with your legs up is suppose to help you get pregnant? Help sperm travel up there? Is that a total urban legend, or does it actually help?? We’re newly ttc and I have no idea on this one!

It’s an old wives Tale. Not necessary at all. Sperm gets where it’s going in seconds. If you do it it’s just to make you feel better about your chances.

I think it's an old wives tale I will say that after 3 IUIs two different doctors had my lay there for 10 mins.
