Ok my doctor put me on clomid 50 mg. 3-7. I’m ovulating day 3 I think I feel my eggs 🥚 moving I don’t understand like can u possibly be bfp I feel 😴 I regurgitate twice and I’m eating everything.

Please ladies help me out what should I do?
