Clomid

Jalena • Mrs. A •

Alright ladies I'm freaking out. I started provera on July 9th and my doctor also prescribed me clomid because I don't ovulate. she told me to take my clomid 5 days after my provera and now I'm worried that it won't work. I just got brown spotting today so I'm afraid I won't ovulate since I started taking the clomid so early.

It is normal to take the clomid on days 5-9 of your cycle. Don't freak out you are doing it right. I also took provera to start my last cycle and took clomid days 5-9. I am currently in the two week wait myself.

Oh wait I'm sorry I misunderstood what you said. You are suppose to take your clomind on days 5-9 of your cycle not days 5-9 of provera. What I mean is you take your provera. As soon as you start bleeding (no matter how many days it takes for that to happen) is day 1 of your cycle. On day 5 you start clomid. So yes I think you took the clomid wrong if you hadn't started your period yet. Call your dr to explain and see what they tell you to do next.

Okay. I was starting to freak out because I hadn't started my period and I already took my clomid.
