Your test aren’t quite positive. But yes after you ovulate it can go right back down. Levels will fluctuate throughout cycle.

No you cannot ovulate twice in a cycle. You only ovulate once (there is an incredibly super rare condition called hyperovulation whereby you can ovulate twice in a cycle but the two sets of ovulation happen within 24 hours of each other and is so rare it's unbelievable)
You can however get a positive opk and then not ovulate after the positive only then to get another positive opk a little bit later in your cycle and then actually ovulate - this is why it's recommended to also bbt chart because opk's only actually detect the LH surge which usually triggers ovulation - it does nit and cannot confirm you have actually ovulated whereas bbt charting does confirm, ovulation has happened.
None of the tests you have pictured are positive - they're all negative - you need to keep testing!
