anyone else got pregnancy insomnia? how long does this last??

16 weeks and I do. I’m sure I wouldn’t if my 1 year old would learn to sleep all night

I’m still not sleeping well at 13 weeks, wake up all the time to go pee and drink water. But earlier it was way worse! I would wake up at 2 and don’t go back to sleep until 5-6.

I do, but I find if I go to bed later I can sleep all night! 
I was going to bed around 9, normal bedtime, but was waking in the middle of he night for a couple hours. 
Now I stay up until 11 or so, and then I sleep all night! 🤷🏼‍♀️ 
Seems to be working so far.

I had it almost my entire 1st trimester. It went away towards the end. At least I’m hoping 😪

I gave in last night and took Benadryl. It was the best sleep I’ve had in weeks!! I’m usually up from 3-430am or 4-6 otherwise 😴😴

Mine lasted for up to 11 weeks but it was on and off! It was the worst symptom i had. Goodluck
