Progesterone therapy!

Hi! I was curious about people who’ve tried progesterone cream. I spot ALOT after my LH surge till I get my period, so I’m pretty sure my progesterone is low. My cycles are regular. I don’t have pain. I see my doctor this Thursday. Any advice/thoughts?
