Dry diaper?

My 11 week old baby woke up from a 5 hour sleep with a completely dry diaper. He’s been eating like normal. But we have noticed a cough, redness around the eyes, and a few instances where he gasps for air for a brief second then is totally fine. I’m not really sure what could be going on. When we called the pediatrician yesterday they said just to watch for a fever but he doesn’t have one. Just need some advice. ☹️
