what is baby sleeping in?

Hi ladies. STM here and wondering what you plan to have baby sleep in the first fews months in your room? My first refused the bassinet that we borrowed and ended up sleeping in the rock n play forever 😣. We still have the rock n play but I want to do a flat surface for this babe if at all possible! However I dont want to spend tons on a bassinet! 😊 Links to products would be great!

Either pack n play we already have or bassinet that I can borrow from my sister. Either way, he’ll be by my bed.

Going to start with a mini crib inside our room. I’m wanting to put him in a crib from day 1 so when he moves to his nursery in a few months we won’t have issues.

My first had a crib and she never used it cuz she slept with me so it was a waste of money, my second i bought him a playpen and that’s where he slept from when he was born until 2 and for this one we will do the same.

Bassinet next to my bed until she is sleeping better through the night, then to her crib (hopefully, I know things don’t tend to go as planned 😂).

Rock n play or co sleep. That’s what we do till crib about 4 months . When we  do sleep baby is a nest in bed with us it’s like a mini baby bed

Probably the pack and play we already have. I was thinking about one of those rock and play sleeper things but not sure if I want to spend the extra money on it when we already have something that’ll work
