Please help! Clogged duct?

Yesterday afternoon out of nowhere I started having pain on the side of one of my boobs. I’ve been breastfeeding for 9.5mo and never had any problems. No fever or redness. Just extremely painful when touched. Could it be a clogged milk duct? I’ve been putting my daughter to that breast first and I’ve tried massage and heat but nothing has worked yet. Please help :)

Stand in the shower with the hot water running against your chest and massage it. I had a clogged duct & wanted to rip my boob off it hurt so bad

Feeding the baby where they are on the floor and your kinda hands and knees over them.. if possible (it’s harder than is sounds) try massaging down at the same time while over them.. I hate to say it like this but think about it like milking a cow lmfao

I got a bad clogged duct with my first and I couldn't fix it until I started taking lecithin supplements. It's an emulsifier so it makes it much easier to Express the clotted milk.

I’m dealing with my second clogged duct right now. Use a warm compress on it. I read that you can put hot water in a diaper and use that (I used extra pads from the hospital) because the moisture helps too

Sounds like a clogged duct, keep massaging like it’s a lemon you want juiced. When you feel your LO make sure her nose is pointed in the direction of the clogged duct so she can work on clearing it for you.
