I’m not sure which category this goes in but I have a question. So I don’t have any children yet but hopefully very soon. My friend and my sister in law both have babies so I am trying to bring them around my dogs as much as I can. My dogs get very very very excited when they come over. They are always licking them and following them around. My little dog tries to jump up and knocked my friends kid to the ground. She thought it was funny and she was fine and my dog just kept licking her but made me super nervous. So I just wonder if there is something I can do to calm them down a bit. I assume it may be just as simple as they need to get used to it. When people come over they get excited of course but then they get over it. But babies nope. They would never hurt them but always on top of them. Any advice?
