Conceiving while smoking?

I smoke cigarettes. I know it’s horrible, and I do plan to quit as soon as I find out I’m pregnant. I honestly hate it, such a crappy habit, but I work at a high stress environment and just keep putting off quitting 😓 
Has anyone successfully conceived while smoking? I’ve heard it can mess with ovulation.

My RE said smoking is obviously bad for health but told me it doesn’t affect conceiving that much. I smoke too but obviously will quit as soon as I see two lines ☺️
