PLEASE HELP

I need some tips and advice on how to workout without losing weight lol I’m 105 lbs and skin and bones. I have celiac disease and a super fast metabolism that causes me not to gain a pound simply by just eating. So is there any work outs I could do to help me build muscle because my body won’t hold onto the fat.. I gained 50 lbs when I was pregnant but lost it all in 2 months so now I’m feeling like shit about myself again.
