Cramps vs contractions?

Hi, I am 36 weeks and ok so Almost 4hours now I’ve been having these cramps feels like gas cramps or like I have to 💩

In my lower stomach around to lower back

It doesn’t hurt a lot but uncomfortable and gets just a little painful. I did go to the toilet to have a bowel movement because that’s what I thought was causing it but it’s still here! 🤔

Is this normal?

It has not went away not one second
