Scared I’m going into early labour
I know this sounds crazy im 31 weeks and I’m having the worse lower back pain it keeps coming and going and this is tmi but I’m having a lot of discharge and now just started with diareah even tho I’ve being consipated most of my pregnancy I’m just trying to cope with the pain I’ve took some paracetamol it hasn’t taken it off should I be worried or am I over thinking
