I need advice 😞

Husband and I are TTC baby #1. We started out without any testing back in December but since my periods are not regular this month I decided to start using the ovulation test. Only problem is that I am now more confused than before 🤦🏻‍♀️. I see where some ladies get a strong positive ovulation test but mine seemed to stay about the same color maybe a shade darker. I test in the mornings just to be consistent (not at the same hour though). Help plz or advice. We still BD every other day 🤷🏻‍♀️
