advice please

Hey girls. need a bit of advice as I'm looking so much sleep and stressing myself out. basically I'm 33+3weeks pregnant and just discovered what seems to be 2 very small genital warts. has anyone has these and been able to give birth naturally? I feel so dirty even though I have been with my partner 5 years and we have been 100%faithful to each other. I have read that it can take years to develop any symptoms if ever. so either of us could of got it from previous partners. please help ...
