22 weeks and unsure if water leaking or discharge

Okay freaking out today because im only 22 weeks and this morning my underwear was saturated in a water type substance. No creaminess of whatsoever to it which i know there is watery discharge but this even soaked the front on underwear. Didnt have a smell. We are no where near a point where the baby could survive so i am worried but have not had any more come out.

Have you experienced water discharge in mid pregnancy? Or is this common? Has anyone had a water leak this early?

Right now i am watching it to see if it happens again before calling OB.
