I’m 37 weeks , no one was home to help me. I didn’t think it was going to be that hard but my German shepherd got inside and I was trying to get him out , I did not carry him bc he’s like 100lbs so I was just pushing him w my hands, kind of like bending and pushing him , he did not want to go outside so he was also putting force so I wouldn’t move him. Now my stomach hurts and I’m scared. Did I hurt the baby ?
