What does this look like? It’s on my inner thigh on both legs but this is the worst one. I thought maybe it’s from my thighs rubbing together (I have thick legs) but I have no idea. It itches a little bit.

It’s either heat rash or chaffing. I call it chin rub! Lol
I get that exact thing when I wear shorts in the summer and my thighs rub together!

Maybe chaffing or do you shave your thighs? Sometimes I get little red bumps between my thighs a few days after I shave.
