So if you were getting a product or work done from a small family run business, and the quality was excellent, however the owners / staff are extremely rude to you, would you still do business with them?

Bit of background - my fiancé works for his family run business, which will one day be in his name. The quality of product and work is of a very high standard. However, his dad who is part owner has the worst people skills I’ve ever seen and is so incredibly ignorant to customers. He actually had a woman in tears recently due to the manner he spoke to her and her husband called to complain.

I’m trying to tell my fiancé that he needs to put a stop to it other wise the business will be ruined. But I want to know - would you care about customer service as long as the work is done well? Or do you think customer service is just as important?
