I have had endo for a few years now and just went in to get it cleaned out a couple months ago. I miss at least one day a week of work. I'm running on thin ice because they think it's going to go away. I do not qualify for fmla. and when I am at work and have a flair up I tend to stop working and curl in a ball where I'm standing, but then I get talked to for not working. I understand where they are coming from but at the same time nothing I can do. in 23 and trying for a kid so no BC for me.
