Super painful cramping after sex...

Help! So my SO and I were doing it pretty hard, and about 5 minutes later when I went to go pee I had super painful cramping deep inside myself to the point I couldn’t even go to the bathroom. We were going at it pretty hard, but it felt amazing so I didn’t think anything of it. He’s pretty well endowed and I was on top. Any advice on how to feel better?
