So my doctor took me off ALL of my meds a few days ago, I took an anxiety med, a med for my blood pressure because it's always been on the low side, and a heart med for my POTS. I've had heart palpitations all day feeling dizzy and light headed I'm starting to get my shakeyness back, and now I'm getting a head ache. I plan on going to the hospital in the morning if I don't start feeling better to get everything with the baby checked out because I'm a paranoid mama. I'll be 7 weeks tomorrow, is there anything I can do to help with my anxiety? I'm just trying not to stress too much but I worry that my issues are effecting my baby..thanks for reading
