Post nexplanon BFP

I am so very thankful for this positive! I had my nexplanon removed on 6/13/18. I never had a period while I had it in and still didn’t. I started taking a test a week just to keep tabs. I missed last week and just felt off the past few days. Woke up this morning and just felt I had to take one and what do you know I got the bottom results. Of course I was impatient and did the top one tonight when I got home and it turned positive with in seconds! It still just feels so surreal. Scheduling a dr appointment soon to try and get a better idea of how far along I could be as all I have to go by is when we started trying.
