Hello Ladies

Just trying to cling on to any hope possible. I've been actively TTC since last year with no luck. I have endometriosis and an inverted uterus making things a bit trickier. However, I'm currently 10DPO and having spotting and AF "like" cramps. The spotting started yesterday at 9dpo. It was extremely light pink and only seen when wiping a few times throughout the day. This morning after using the bathroom I noticed it again. Very light pink but with more mucus accompanied by cramps. Now this evening after wiping I seen the same thing but with a couple streaks of red mixed in it. No flow..only random spotting and cramps. I had 2 cycles this year where I spotted similar but it only happened the day before AF came. Never this early as it began 5 days before my period is even due. Has anybody had anything similar happen ending with a BFP or is it more likely that AF is coming early? Any insight would be so appreciated. I do have a few HPT but trying to hold off in fears of seeing a BFN
