Birth control while breast feeding?
Need some opinions or personal experiences with the IUD or mini pill?
I really want a birth control I don’t have to worry about and the IUD is my only option since I’m breast feeding.
And the mini pill scares me since it’s only 90% effective and I suck at taking medicine.
I’ve heard horror stories about the IUD but I’m hoping to hear some good ones? I really wanna give it a try but I’m scared.
