Omg how does everyone deal? Would like to hear everyone’s opinions! My 1.5 year old is having terrible meltdowns, throws himself to the floor, lays face first on the floor crying, or face into the couch even car rides have become unbearable! We thought he was having these because of being in the house for almost a week straight due to a really bad heat rash! He’s been out EVERDAY for the last few weeks and that’s apparently not the reason lol! I’ve tried the talking to him thing (although he doesn’t understand every word I say) I’ve tried to ignore the tantrums, walk away (but he sometimes has clingy stages where I can’t even leave the room for a second, I’ve tried distractions (toys, snacks, a little tv, taking him outside, pool time, the malls, parks, beach) i’ve run out of suggestions/ideas 😩
