Period, where did you go??!!

Okay long story short, I'm on the Nexplanon & have gotten my periods faithfully every month. now I'm 33 days late, I took a cheap pregnancy test and it came back neg. I have been experiencing "ghost bumps" for the last month now and they won't stop. any ideas what's going on??
