Chronic Headaches? 😭

Question

Does anyone else get headaches all the time?! If so, what’s helped you get rid of them? 
*please no “go to the dr. comments” my dr. knows that I’ve had headaches like this since I was 4. And that I’ve been to many drs... who’ve been no help cause they can’t figure out why I get them*

Hello. I have had chronic headaches due to sinus problems. Try and use a microwaveable heating pad, and maybe a migraine cocktail (it's a combination of benadryl, drammamine, and either Tylenol or ibuprofen, found this out through an ER) but take the benadryl every 4 hours, and alternate between pain medication. Drink lots of fluids.

I know it isn’t what you wanna hear but I had chronic headaches since I was seven and I finally went to the doctor at 17 and found out that I had a deformation of my sinuses that was causing the migraines and had a surgery to correct it I’ve been feeling better ever since.

I’ve been taking magnesium vitamins, I’ve read that helps. They do seem to get better, now I mostly have them around my cycle and ovulation time. I also rub my temples with peppermint oil, lavender oil and sometimes tiger balm. I’ve had headaches & migraines all my life. Basically I’ve done a lot of googling natural remedies.

i blame mine on having a cerebrospinal condition but i doubt youd have it if youve had brain scans
