Flu dropped my milk supply maybe?
I caught the flu about 4 days ago, been nursing well but on the 3rd day my supply dropped. How I know is baby hasn’t been making enough wet diapers and fussy on the breast, drinks then cries sooo much. Also, I know that pump output doesn’t determine the amount of milk you have, but haven’t been pumping more than 1 oz these days. Is it possible flu decreased my milk?
