Oral Progesterone, Pregnant or Delayed Period?

We've been TTC for almost a year now. We had a MMC in March for which I had to have D&C.; It was our first pregnancy and we lost our LO just shy of 7 weeks.  

I took OPKs to see when and if I ovulated after my MC and finally had +opk this month on 07/04.  Dr. prescribed progesterone which I am supposed to take at 3DPO and stop when I get my period or at the end of the 1st trimester. 

For the last 2 weeks, I've had crazy early pregnancy symptoms (aversions, stuffy nose, sore/tender breasts, exhaustion, etc). 

My period was due yesterday and has not come yet. I have white, creamy CM but no period. 

I took a test on Monday night because I was feeling so pregnant, but it as BFN!  I was so certain it would be positive. 

For those of you who take/took progesterone, did it delay your period and make you feel pregnant? 

I feel like I am holding onto false hope.  I'm going to wait a couple of days to see if AF shows after stopping the progesterone.   I just hate this limbo and not knowing and trying to reset my body (this is cycle 4 - my cycles have been 28-29 days with LP of 11-12 days). 

It's so frustrating.  Any personal experiences or insight would be so helpful.  Thank you ladies in advance!!
