so whenever I feelore than ine ovary cramping I call them twin months. That's when you ovulate from both ovaries in the same month. Happens to me twice a year. Argued with my mansplaining husband about it until other women one even a obgyn told him I was right.

He thought I was mistaken and we don't actually feel it.

I told him if I feel cramping in both it usually means I released two

He literally called me an idiot until his obgyn friend looked him in the eye and said "You know that's how you get fraternal twins right?

He goes

"Isn't that from the same ovary!!!??"

she says "sometimes but not usually"

lol maybe not be 100% sure. but prior I was always right about when I ovulated and feeling it happen, and I am thinking I am likely right about feeling both my ovaries release eggs too. 🙄 not trying for twins so if i ever feel a double ovaru cramp i would probably skip. any other woman experience the cramping in the ovary during ovulation. (its a left ovary month for me this time)
