Nexplanon and vaping?

Hey y'all! I'm looking into using Nexplanon for birth control but I also use an e-cigarette with nicotine. I've tried doing some researching on it, but half of the internet says it's not safe and the other half says it's completely fine. Do any of you have experience using e-cigs and Nexplanon together? Please chime in down in the comments!

I vape and have had Nexplanon for almost 4 months and it hasn’t affected anything. I’ve not gotten pregnant and my Nexplanon symptoms settled down last month when it hit the 3 month mark which is what happens a lot of people on Nexplanon. From my experience I don’t think vaping made any difference to the effectiveness of the Nexplanon and I’ve had the normal aide effects to everyone. I will say it did help with the anxiety and stress side effect in that it always calms me down so possibly a positive reaction? 💁🏻‍♀️ won’t stop me vaping anytime soon anyway 😂

Nicotine with any hormonal birth control isn’t immediately going to give you problems but it does increase your risk for health problems like heart attacks and strokes
