Why would the test be like this?

Bottom two positives are in the last 3 days and the top one was today 😩

Either urine concentration of HCG so how long you have held your wee and how much you have had to drink etc.
Or a very early loss which is called a chemical pregnancy as it’s never seen on scan. 
If you have no pain or bleeding your ok at the moment and if you do you should get a blood hcg test done 48 hours apart. good luck
