Abnormal Test Result (Non-Urgent) ?????

I had my first blood/urine test yesterday afternoon (17DPO). Freaking out a bit as the email was super vague about scheduling a follow up appointment for "Abnormal Test Result (Non-Urgent)" ?!

I'm hoping it's just a vague thing they put in general eg the abnormal thing is "being pregnant" as opposed to a "normal" person not being.

If it was anything bad I guess they would have called etc. well that’s what the receptionist said.

I go back in tomorrow to find out 😬

Has anyone been in a similar situation and it all turned out ok?

BTW my home tests all look great so far. Bottom one I took a few minutes ago. So it has to be my theory above. Unless I need to top up on a certain vaccine or something.. I don’t know...
