Recurring Bartholin Cysts!!!

I've been suffering from bartholin cysts since November 2017, after having a highly sexual weekend with my partner (sexual acts seem to be the trigger). I then had them on and off until May 2018 when I had surgery to fix both sides of my bartholin glands. Now, it's July and I have an extremely sore and enlarged left bartholin and a small, extremely sore right bartholin... Since my surgery, I cannot have sex more than once or twice a week or they flare up again. This happened because I did it 3 times within 2 days. I'm desperate for help 😭 Should I just go back to the hospital???
