Husband a feminist?

Are any of your boyfriends or husbands intersectional feminists and believe in equality for all??? My husband just said he's irritated by me always posting feminist dialogues and putting all my time into that. He said I'm not even making a difference for anyone. What should I do? I want to know what the stance is in your household?

Why does he have such an issue with what you post, you can do what you want. My husband believes in equal rights. Get him to read the short book “We should all be feminists” by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie and he will hopefully see why it’s important. If he isn’t a reader, there is a Ted Talks where she reads most of it for about 20mins. Hopefully he gets it

That’s BS. One of the reasons I married my husband is because he viewed me as his EQUAL in every way. That includes financially. What I have experienced is this, if I guy has grown up with multiple women in the family that includes sister(s), he is more likely to view women as stronger, more independent human beings, even revering women to some extent. But those that do not grow up with sisters are far less likely to view women in that way. Just my experience.

Me and my man are conservative soo...and we believe that he works and I stay at home and take care of the kids and stuff. I can work but he makes enough money to take care of the both of us 🤷🏼‍♀️ it’s a good life

Do you actually believe in equality for all? Because I have quite a few “feminists” on my feed that post rants all the time and they’re just bashing men. That’s not productive, and I can see how he would be annoyed. As a female I get annoyed by it because it just sets us back I believe. Maybe reflect HONESTLY on what you’re posting before you go back to have a big conversation with him
