diarrhea - 5wks - normal or food poisoning?

Apologies for TMI, but I have spent the last few weeks bloated and constipated. yesterday evening two hours after eating started getting extreme cramps and had diarrhea all through the night, and still happening today at 10am. Is this normal, or as my partner thinks it's food poisoning?

I had this at 5 weeks too and I wondered if it was food poisoning but then I had similar in week 6. Then I went the other way and got constipated 🙈 I’m 12 weeks now and been fine for weeks xx
