My little boy has his dads last name, when we planned our son we were together, happy and Engaged, I planned to have his name also therefore my son took his name ... as you are aware things don’t always work out and we split, I unexpected fell pregnant by someone else who I was seeing for a short amount of time, we had already split before I even found out I was pregnant, he has done nothing since finding out I was pregnant, nothing to support me or his unborn child, I’ve been left to sort everything and pay for everything single handed whilst working, and doing the same for my 3 year old .... I’ve decided my daughter will have my last name, her dad has done nothing to show any interest or support towards us, we aren’t together and I don’t believe she should carry his name ... his mum on the other hand has her own opinion ... am I wrong?
