I had a positive test on Saturday and trying to be excited but ive also had spotting/ bleeding. It's like then a period and brownish but been going on and off for 5 days. when I made my drs appointment I talked to the nurse and she didn't seem to concerned since no real cramping or anything else. i'm a worrier and have miscarried in the past so trying not to over think but it's hard.
