11 days late , backache , creamy discharge

Hi everyone :)

I had a mc in December , after 2months I was only spotting and then got back to my normal regular periods, now I’m 11 days late at 7days I took a pregnancy test came bk negative . How long shall I wait for the next test ? I have sour breast and the backache is really bad..
