Did you ovulate early with Femara?

Hey Ladies!
Second month of Femara here - I normally ovulate around day 15/16. But on CD 11/12 I got positive test results. Just curious if anyone else experienced this or if I should continue testing throughout the month to make sure I don’t see another surge or something. Not sure if Femara can effect the test results.

I must have ovulated while I was on the pills or right after on cd 8. It turned out not to be a good ovulation though and now I am miscarrying. But yeah it can happen early for sure.

I was be exact same way—CD 16. However CD 11 had a positive OPK, CD 12 had temp rise so I ovulated the same day I had positive opk.

Before Femara I’d usually ovulate on CD18-19 and this month I had my first round of Femara, 5mg on days 3-7. Went in for my monitoring ultrasound on CD14 and there was only one measly follicle. So they took a blood progesterone level and it was 7! Turns out I already ovulated, probably on CD12-13.

Oh and I took the Femara/Letrozole on CD 3-7 5 mg. Last month I took it 5-9 and had a +OPK on CD 14.
