Thank you so much to everyone who commented. After listening to you ladies and doing some research I’ve decided to go ahead and continue to feed at night. Although I think it’s important to listen to doctors sometimes we have to do our own research and also trust our own instincts. My heart was telling me to keep night feeding but when I thought it may jeopardize my baby’s health I thought it was best to stop. Thanks again everyone! 😊

Does anyone have tips for night weaning? My 6 mo old still nurses at night. She’ll take the pacifier the 1st 2 times she wakes but by the 3rd she wants to eat. I only want to wean her because the pediatrician suggested it to keep her teeth healthy. I just feel bad because she actually seems hungry when she wakes instead of just nursing for comfort. Any advice is appreciated. TIA
