Are these numbers good?

I had my retrieval on Monday. I was in a lot of pain afterwards, but I’m honestly just over the moon that I’ve made it this far. My base afc was 15 and I had 10 eggs retrieved. 8 of those were mature and 6 of them fertilized. I won’t hear anything about how they’re doing until tomorrow.

Are these numbers good? I’m DOR, so at no point was I expecting to get more than 20 eggs. I’m 31, though, and my dr has constantly told me my age is on my side as far as quality goes. I’m honestly hoping that 3 of those embryos make it to blast and that I can freeze a couple, but I really don’t want to get my hopes up. It’s just harder for me now. I had a certain level of control with the stims, but now everything is out of my hands and I’m just worried.
