Is this a positive?

Top is this morning 7am. Had a qualitative blood test that was negative. Went and bought another test thinking that the first one was defective and had the same result. Is this a faint positive? I am still 3-4 days from period. Drs office is going to run a quantitative. She said that some of these early test at a lower HCG than blood depending on lab thresholds. Help! Two months ago I had a miscarriage with my first baby. I have been praying for a rainbow baby soon! My heart needs healing! 💕

UPDATE: my quantitive was only 20, which would explain why it would show negative on the qualitative. I am still 3 days out for a missed period, so hopefully my levels will rises. Just seems really low. 😢 my levels with my miscarriage started out really low too. Praying for my rainbow baby to stick! 🤞🏻🌈
