What is the best indicator of ovulation?

Here’s the deal - my OPK and and CM all signal the same ovulation window and it’s pretty close with Glow’s prediction (it’s been updating as I add more info). However my BBT is doing its own thing. I am not totally confident in my temp taking though as I do have to move slightly to find the thermometer.

BBT is the best way to know if you’ve ovulated. OPK’s only tell you when you’re having your lh surge, it does not mean you ovulated. Some people will surge and not ovulate. You need to see the dip in your BBT with 3 subsequently elevated temps above the cover line to know you’ve ovulated. Cervical mucus also only tells you when you’re fertile, it is not an indicator that you’ve ovulated.

I was pretty crampy and I tested on an opk and it was blazing positive. Only had sex once that month on that day and I'm 15 weeks now
